GES Rental Exhibits can be customized to meet your branding & display goals. Pricing shown includes a rental exhibit with solid-coloured infill panels only. All GES Rental Exhibits can be branded with custom, full-colour graphics (as pictured) at an additional cost. Images display 10’ x 10’ and 10’ x 20’ booths. Rental Hardwall Exhibits will also accommodate booths in sizes: 8’ x 8’, 8’ x 10’, 8’ x 16’, 8’ x 20’ and 10’ x 16’ with some adjustments in the structure. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information.

Terms & Conditions
  • 100% Refund Guarantee: Customer may cancel any orders for GES products and services made under GES Standard Terms and Conditions for any reason, provided written notice of cancellation is received by GES no less than seven (7) days prior to the first day of Move-In. If Customer has made any payment to GES for the orders, GES will refund 100% of such payment less the portion of such payment for services already performed by GES such as, but not limited to, custom cut carpet, special furniture, material handling, rigging, labor, electrical services or graphics.
  • Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.
  • All orders received after the Advance Price Deadline Date will be processed at the Standard Price.
  • All prices include delivery, rental and removal.
  • These rental exhibits do not include graphics, booth cleaning and electrical outlet.
  • Changes to the structure design or addition of graphics will result in additional fees.
  • If a colour is not chosen, GES will choose a colour for you.
  • Exhibitor is responsible for all items for the duration of the show.
  • Charges are for rental of equipment only. Items remain property of GES.
  • GES is not responsible for exhibit materials left in rental exhibits or counter storage units.
  • All claims or discrepancies must be settled at the GES Service Centre prior to show closing.
