GES offers a range of carpeting options to enhance the look and comfort of your space. Pricing includes preparation, delivery, installation and removal of carpet to meet the specifications of your booth. For any carpet dimensions other than those specified below, a custom-cut carpet will be charged by square foot, no exceptions.

  • Carpet Packages includes the carpet and the underpadding, at the best price!
  • Add underpad to your carpet for additional comfort & prestige.
  • Add plastic covering to protect your carpet during move-in.

Terms & Conditions
  • Pricing is listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
  • 100% Refund Guarantee: Customer may cancel any orders for GES products and services made under GES Standard Terms and Conditions for any reason, provided written notice of cancellation is received by GES no less than seven (7) days prior to the first day of Move-In. If Customer has made any payment to GES for the orders, GES will refund 100% of such payment less the portion of such payment for services already performed by GES such as, but not limited to, custom cut carpet, special furniture, material handling, rigging, labor, electrical services or graphics.
  • All orders received after the Advance Price deadline date will be processed at the Regular Price.
  • Orders placed beginning on the first day on move-in through to the completion to the event are subject to On-Site pricing.
  • Exhibitor is responsible for all items for the duration of the show.
  • If a colour is not chosen, GES will select a colour on your behalf.
  • No refunds/exchanges once show move-in begins.
  • Charges are for rental of equipment only. All items remain the property of GES.
  • All claims or discrepancies must be settled at the GES Service Centre prior to show closing.
