For orders received after the Discount Price Deadline date, GES reserves the right to substitute the requested item(s) based on product availability.

Terms & Conditions
  • Pricing is listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
  • 100% Refund Guarantee: Customer may cancel any orders for GES products and services made under GES Standard Terms and Conditions for any reason, provided written notice of cancellation is received by GES no less than seven (7) days prior to the first day of Move-In. If Customer has made any payment to GES for the orders, GES will refund 100% of such payment less the portion of such payment for services already performed by GES such as, but not limited to, custom cut carpet, special furniture, material handling, rigging, labor, electrical services or graphics.
  • All orders received after the Advance Price deadline date will be processed at the Standard Price.
  • Orders placed beginning on the first day on move-in through to the completion to the event are subject to On-Site pricing.
  • Availability of some items is subject to change without notice.
  • If a colour is not chosen, GES will choose a colour for you. Colours, sizes and styles may vary.
  • Exhibitor is responsible for all items for the duration of the show.
  • Charges are for rental of equipment only. All items remain the property of GES.
  • GES is not responsible for exhibit materials left in GEM rental exhibits or counter storage units.
  • No refunds/exchanges once show move-in begins. No refunds/exchanges for specialty furniture.
  • All claims or discrepancies must be settled prior to show closing.
