In-Booth Forklift Services


In-Booth Forklift Service is available to exhibitors requiring assistance with positioning of exhibitor materials within your booth space.

Rates are charged per person at a minimum of one (1) hour. Further time is charged in 1/2 hour increments per forklift.
We understand that your calculation is only an estimate. Invoicing will be based on actual time & labour incurred. Adjustments will be made accordingly.

Please note: There is a 40% surcharge applied to orders placed on-site.

An exhibitor must check forklift / driver in and out at the GES Service Centre.

Terms & Conditions
  • Exhibitor must check-in at the GES Service Centre to meet their team & begin the forklift call.
  • Rates are charged per forklift/driver at a minimum of one (1) hour. Calls over one (1) hour is charged in 1/2 hour (30 minute) increments.
  • Uncancelled forklift / labour will be charged a minimum fee of one (1) hour per person.
  • GES reserves the right to change labourers and/or rates as shifts change.
  • A 30% surcharge will be applied to orders placed on-site.
  • Gratuities in any form, including but not limited to, cash, gifts or payment for work not actually performed, are prohibited by GES.
  • All claims or discrepancies must be settled within one week of show closing.
  • GES Limits of Liability & Responsibility apply to this service.
  • Pricing is listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
