    No power is provided in your space. If you require electricity, it must be ordered through HiTech.

    For on-site material handling/drayage purposes, please note the Library has prepaid the following weight to be stored at the warehouse and delivered directly to your booth location at the Washington D.C. Convention Center.
    - 10' x 10' and 15’ x 15’ Booths will receive up to 250lbs of material handling at no charge.
    - 10' x 20' Booths will receive up to 500lbs of material handling at no charge.
    - 35’ x 40’ Booths will receive up to 2,625lbs of material handling at no charge.
    - Prepaid handling for larger booths will be determined in consultation with the Library and sponsor.

    If your on-site material handling/drayage exceeds this weight, you will be invoiced separately for the difference. Exhibitor is responsible for all costs associated with shipping their items TO and FROM the advance warehouse or show site (i.e., FedEx, UPS, US Postal Service). We are happy to work with you to schedule onsite deliveries and any special assistance you will need for set up.

*All inbound carriers must check into the advance warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM & Holidays.
