What is Material Handling?

The unloading of your shipment, transporting it to your booth, storing and returning your empty crates and cartons and reloading your shipment at the close of the show (also called Drayage). This service is not included in the cost of your booth space. Avoid unexpected costs at show site and pre-order this service below. Shipping/Logistics costs are separate and are not included in Material Handling rates. Material Handling surcharges may apply.

Freight Material Handling:

• Shipped to Advance Warehouse within posted date range
• Shipped Direct-to-Show within posted on-target dates
• Rate is inclusive of Overtime Rates and Special Handling Surcharges

Machinery Material Handling:

• Shipped Direct-to-Show within posted on-target dates
• Rate is inclusive of Overtime Rates and Special Handling Surcharges

All materials that are late to warehouse or off target will be subject to a 30% surcharge.
