Special Freight Services — Small Passenger Vehicles Only!
CPMA is a closed dock show and as such all material handling through the loading docks or through back of the exhibit hall, must be handled by GES. If you have items that you can hand carry, you may bring them in through the front of the exhibit hall.

Acceptable POVs include: cars, minivans, sport utility vehicles, and pick-up trucks. The following vehicles DO NOT qualify for this service: step vans, box trucks, trailers, and any commercial vehicles.

To assist exhibitors with carrying their small exhibit material during move-in and move-out, GES is pleased ro make available for hire one (1) labourer with one (1) pushcart. Exhibitors will be charged $118.50 for each cartload of material in or out.
This service is for those who have small hand carry items all of which must fit on a push cart. If you arrive with a truck/van or trailer filled with exhibit materials you will not qualify for this service.
A cartload is eight (8) pieces or less, weighing less than 200 lbs. total.
There must be at least two (2) people with the vehicle. One person to go with your product to the booth and the other person to remove the vehicle from the unloading area.
Freight that is too large or heavy must be handled by GES at their freight handling rates. No personal trucks (1 ton & over), no rental trucks, trailers or bobtails will be unloaded through cartload service.
