Terms & Conditions
  • Pricing is listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
  • 100% Refund Guarantee: Customer may cancel any orders for GES products and services made under GES Standard Terms and Conditions for any reason, provided written notice of cancellation is received by GES no less than seven (7) days prior to the first day of Move-In. If Customer has made any payment to GES for the orders, GES will refund 100% of such payment less the portion of such payment for services already performed by GES such as, but not limited to, custom cut carpet, special furniture, material handling, rigging, labor, electrical services or graphics.
  • All prices are in effect for the duration of the event and include general labor and 24-hour service.
  • Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.
  • Return your orders two (2) weeks before show move-in to ensure availability.
  • At show site, some items may not be available and substitutions may be necessary.
  • All orders received after the Advance Price Deadline Date will be processed at the Standard Price.
  • Prices and labour rates are based on current wage scales and may be subject to change without notice. Labour is billed with a minimum of 1 hour.
  • All installations are subject to approval by the venue. Our technical advisors will recommend changes according to the weight and/or dimension of the sign to install, additional fees may apply.
  • Banner hanging and rigging services are available in Jefo and Coop Halls only. Depending on the booth location, extra fees may be applied.
  • Exhibitor is responsible for all items for the duration of the show.
  • Charges are for rental of equipment only. Items remain property of GES.
  • Labour fees will apply for any re-positioning and modification of the original order. Please provide us with a Booth Layout Plan. If no plan is provided, additional labour may apply.
  • All claims or discrepancies must be settled at the GES Service Centre prior to show closing. All items cancelled after move-in begins, will be charged at 100% of the original price.
