    • Aisle Carpet Colour: Black Road Way
    • Booth Carpet: In order to maintain the professional appearance of ExpoCam 2021, show regulations require all exhibit booths to have floor covering, at the exhibitor's expense (including Level 200 booths). Booth carpet may be ordered by clicking here.

    Show Site Material Handling

    SHOW SITE MATERIAL HANDLING IS PAID BY SHOW MANAGEMENT.

    Show Site Material Handling INCLUDES the unloading of your exhibit materials, delivery to your booth, handling of empty containers to and from storage, and removal of your materials from your booth for reloading onto your outbound carrier.

    Machinery, Labour and Equipment: Labour and equipment for uncrating, unskidding, positioning, leveling, dismantling, recrating, and reskidding machinery and/or equipment must be ordered separately. Place your order through the In-Booth Forklift and Labour pages.

    *All inbound carriers must check in by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.
